A single-grape vinification to enhance the natural elegance of this wine’s intense fruity and floral aromas, and fresh, harmonious and savoury flavour. Fermentation in contact with the skins for 7 days at a controlled temperature, maturation in steel tanks for 9 months and refinement of 2 months in the bottle at a controlled temperature.
Intense nose typical of the varietal. Immediate hints of red fruits such as strawberries, blackberries and blueberries.
The taste is quite fresh with smooth and medium-structured tannins. A wine which is also suitable in the summer months served chilled.
